Tents
Box K Events Industrial Division is Baton Rouge’s largest and only FULL service tent & structure company. We can offer every SIZE tent available. Our tents range from 64 square feet up to 25,000 square feet. We can accommodate any needs you may have.
Tables
We carry every size table available. We offer standard banquet tables in multiple sizes as well as every size round table. We have conference tables and both plastic and wood picnic tables.
Seating
Our equipment rental supply stocks 1,000’s of a variety of different chairs! We carry both wood and plastic picnic tables.
Waste Management
We offer both standard and handicap-accessible Port O Potty rentals. Our air-conditioned restroom trailer rental line comes in a variety of sizes. We can set up a service plan with any long term rentals as well.
HVAC & Climate Solutions
Our Baton Rouge HVAC & climate solutions rental line includes portable HVAC systems from 5 ton systems up to 50 ton systems. We can couple systems together to provide climate control to larger square footage needs! We also offer a variety of fan, air movers, Port O Cool (water cooled air systems) for smaller job needs!
Generators & Power Solutions
Our equipment rental inventory includes power solutions for any job! We stock generators as small as portable 2000 watt quiet run generators up to 150Kw diesel generators and larger! We can supply any accessories such as power distribution panels and daisy chain receptacle lines too!
